Paying on SharedLicense: Crypto and Wallet
SharedLicense.net takes two methods. Cryptocurrency, and credit already sitting in your wallet. There is no card option on this brand, so this page is short.

The two methods
| Wallet balance | Crypto | |
|---|---|---|
| Settles an invoice without you | Yes, the moment it is created | No — each payment is made by you |
| Clears in | Immediately | Minutes, after the network confirms |
| Earns a bonus | Yes, on the deposit that funded it | Yes, when it funds the wallet |
| Needs you online | No | Yes |
Crypto
Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum and many more coins. Choose crypto at checkout, send the figure the payment page gives you, and the invoice clears on confirmation.
Two points people ask about:
- Send the amount displayed. Sending more does not add the difference to your wallet as credit.
- Allow time. Confirmation is usually minutes, but a busy network can stretch it. Pay a day early rather than on the deadline.
Crypto cannot pay a future invoice for you. Nothing recurring can be built on it directly.
Wallet balance
This is how renewals run unattended on SharedLicense.net. Fund the wallet with crypto, and every invoice raised afterwards is settled from that balance as soon as it exists — including the renewal invoice that appears seven days before a licence expires.
The deposit that funds the wallet earns bonus credit: 5% from $100, rising to 25% at $2,000. So funding the wallet in one larger payment costs less than paying invoice by invoice, and removes the deadline problem at the same time.
Where credit falls short of the total, it goes towards the invoice and the difference remains payable.
Wallet credit is for spending on SharedLicense.net and cannot be sent back out, so fund what you expect to use with us.
The practical setup
Because there is no card on this brand, there is no automatic top-up either. What works well:
- Work out roughly what your next few renewals cost.
- Fund the wallet with that in one crypto payment, so it lands on a decent bonus tier.
- Leave it. The invoices take care of themselves until the balance runs low.
- Top up again when the Wallet page shows it getting thin.
Questions
My crypto payment has not been credited. Check the network has confirmed it first. Half an hour later, raise a ticket and include the transaction hash.
Can I split an invoice between wallet and crypto? Yes. The balance is applied first and you pay the remainder in crypto.
Do you add a fee? No. Network fees are the network's.
Will you be adding cards? Not on this brand today. If you need to pay by card, our sister brands take them.
