How to Check License Status

You can check whether your license is active from your dashboard or directly from your server via SSH.

From Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Licenses
  3. Each license shows its current status

License Status Meanings

StatusMeaning
ActiveLicense is valid and working
SuspendedPayment overdue — add funds to reactivate
ExpiredLicense billing period ended — renew to reactivate
PendingLicense is being provisioned

From Your Server (SSH)

Connect to your server and run the verify command for your product:

You can also use the quick verify shortcut for any product:

Troubleshooting

License shows "Suspended"

Your wallet balance may be empty. Add funds to your wallet and the license will reactivate automatically. See our Wallet & Deposit Bonus article.

License shows "Active" but product says unlicensed

Try refreshing the license from your server:

Terminal
sln<ProductName>

If the issue persists, reinstall the license — see our Reinstall License article.
